Ivis Bohorquez
Medical Office Assistant
Ivis Bohorquez is a medical office assistant who worked several years in the customer service industry. Her passion has always been to work in a healthcare environment helping people. She decided to pursue her passion and obtained her MOA Certification in 2017. She graduated from Douglas College and immediately after started working in a maternity clinic gaining experience in both administrative and clerical duties.
Whenever possible, she partakes in all types of outdoor activities such as hiking, camping and swimming. During her spare time she enjoys volunteering and helping others in her community. Today, Ivis is excited to join a team that provides quality health care to patients at BC Diabetes.
