Virtual consults will provide all the care and services you have come to expect from BCDiabetes.
Virtual appointments will be conducted via a browser-based video call that will connect you directly with your Case Manager and Physician. The Case Manager will then speak with you to update your medical history, discuss your medical options in detail, and provide education about your condition, just as if you were present in the clinic. The Case Manager will then go over their findings with you and the Physician, who will also speak directly with you to develop a treatment plan. The Physician can then send requisitions for lab tests and prescriptions directly to your lab or pharmacy.
