We offer virtual consultation to help patients whose physical limitations make travel to the clinic impossible
BCDiabetes provides service to patients subject to the following requirements and conditions:

| BC Residents with valid CareCard | Referral by a BC physician | No fees. |
| Resident of a Canadian province (except Quebec) | Referral by a Canadian physician | No fees. (More info: reciprocal billing agreements.) |
| Out of country or no GP referral (self-referral) | Billed for private payment (for in-office or virtual care). |
BCDiabetes fees
There are no charges for routine diabetes care for BC residents referred by a BC physician, or Canadian out-of-province clients referred by a Canadian physician. We welcome out-of-country patients – call our office for more information.
