BC Diabetes is British Columbia’s largest diabetes clinic, offering diabetes care to patients across Canada. If you are interested in our services, we’d love to help you. We treat type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes, gestational diabetes, pre-diabetes and anything diabetes-related. Our services are all-encompassing; we are able to help with medication, diet, technology, weight loss, mental wellbeing, and anything else that arises from diabetes. To become our patient, we do require a referral from a GP, Nurse Practitioner or Community Health Organization. If you’d like, we can request the referral on your behalf and ensure your experience joining BC Diabetes is an easy one. If you’d like to join, please provide the information below:
