Kate Hawke, MBBS, FRACP joined BC Diabetes in July 2023 as a Diabetes Technology Fellow. She is an endocrinologist from Australia with special interests in type 1 diabetes and diabetes in pregnancy. She completed her training at the University of Queensland and Royal Brisbane & Women’s Hospital. In her role at BC Diabetes, Kate will be managing patients using automated insulin delivery systems, and undertaking clinical research on these systems. She has educational licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC as a Postgraduate fellow.
