Research Administration Coordinator
Karen has been working at BCDiabetes since March 2014, providing technical and administrative support for research, and supporting the establishment and operations of BCDiabetes’ Human Research Protection Program (HRPP).
Karen spends her spare time advocating for safer and healthier communities through integrating everyday walking and cycling. She writes about technology to support decision-making and public engagement in urban planning, and can often be found photographing local public spaces. She holds a Master’s degree from UBC School of Community and Regional Planning.
